Independant Racing was formed on January 11th, 2004, and the iR name has become synonymous with some of the most extreme show and race cars. The reason why we spell it with an "a" as opposed to an "e" is because we're a bilingual organization. Also, it was established in order to create both a real life and online gathering point for car enthusiasts.

Owners can now come together to share ideas, knowledge, and even their own custom rides with other tuners.

Day by day, the organization continues to attract people to join. We see new members with insane cars and modifications and more expensive toys.

The foundation of Independant Racing is trust, friendship, professionalism, honesty and hardwork, combined in a group effort to add value and build a better automotive community.

This past year, we have added a new term to the family. We are now known in the area as iR Autosports (Independant Racing Autosports). We've sanctioned this change because we want to make it clear that we DO NOT support illegal street racing.
